Mobile clients in the Kern River Valley must pay 50% of their total scheduled service price to be booked. Non refundable. Payment via Apple Pay or Zelle.
I understand sometimes life happens and emergencies come up.
Also please understand that this is not just my business, but it's how I make my living.
My time (just like everyone else's) is valuable and it costs me money when clients give me less than a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up and I will do my best to get you rescheduled.

Due to my growing business, I do my best to send out friendly reminder texts/calls the day before your scheduled appointment for the following day. I do this out of courtesy to you, the client, as a friendly reminder to not only help you avoid the cancellation/no call/no show fee (trust me I don't like having to charge clients for it, but it happens), but to make sure my day runs smoothly and on time as scheduled in my appointment book to make sure I have enough time for each service with my clients. I'm only human. My life is very busy at times and sometimes I don't send out friendly reminder texts a day in advance and occasionally they don't get sent out at all. If you don't receive a reminder text from me please text me and double check with me about your appointment. Too many times I've had clients show up at the wrong time and/or the wrong day. Most of the time I'm too busy to squeeze you in if that happens and I feel awful, please double check with me to avoid this. Regardless, we're all adults here. You made the appointment for yourself, it is also your responsibility to contact me to reschedule or cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark, whether I have already sent out the reminder or not. Also please shoot me a text or call back to confirm your appointment.
***Anyone who cancels less than a 24 hour notice or no call/no shows must pay via Apple Pay or Zelle to Cidney Clayton 100% of the service price of the original scheduled appointment and cannot rebook until it's paid in full.***
Anyone who cancels and/or no shows and has a balance due will not be allowed to book another appointment until the balance is paid in full. If balance is not paid in full, you will be fired as a client.
Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment might/will be charged 50% of the service price and rescheduled for a later time and/or date depending on my schedule. If you know you're going to be late, please call or text me to give me a heads up and I will look at my schedule to see if I will still be able to keep your appointment. Some services may be cut short to keep my schedule on track.
Also on busy days I sometimes forget to give myself time to eat lunch/dinner so sometimes your friendly "Hey I'm so sorry I'm running 5-10 minutes late I'll be there soon!" text is the difference between me being hangry (the combination of hungry & angry because you're hungry!) and squeezing in a quick bite for myself or not. Communication is greatly appreciated! Lol!
We all know how bad this town is with traffic and construction at various times of the day, we're turning into a mini LA! Please be mindful of the time of day/route you're traveling for your appointment and accommodate for traffic and finding parking.
Payment: Cash, Apple Pay, and Zelle are preferred, but card is also accepted with Square, but I will ask you to sign up for Apple Pay or Zelle first. ; )
If you're an existing client and you're one of the few who still write checks: 1) You must be a regular client, 2) Anyone who's check bounces will be charged $40 + the original amount that was written on the check. 3) If you need me to wait a few days to cash it, please write that date on the check and verbally let me know when it's safe to cash it, no more than 5 days. 4) If it can't be cashed in the same week as your service then you will be asked to pay in cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or card. 5) If your check bounces, you will not be able to rebook with me until it's paid in full and I will no longer be able to accept checks as payment from you.
