Lash Lift & Tint
Lash lifting is a more natural approach to your typical lash services. It is considered a more low maintenance service that gives you the appearance of longer, thicker, and darker lashes lasting roughly between 4-6 weeks.
***Lashes pictured sometimes appear "clumped" together because they are wet. They will fan out and look more natural when they are fully dry.

Massage Therapy
Swedish massage is the foundation of massage and is most common type. It combines various hands-on techniques including long gliding strokes mixed with kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesion's. Can be light to firm pressure. Increases circulation and promotes relaxation. Lengthens and relaxes superficial muscle tissue and relieves stress.
Deep Tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. It uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. Relieves chronic pain and assists in recovery from injuries.
Reflexology is an ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage (usually on the feet, but also on the hands) to restore the flow of energy throughout the entire body. It is based on the premise that there are reflexes in our hands and feet that relate to every organ and part of our body. By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved, which may alleviate stress and other health problems. Stimulating specific reflex points in the feet can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body. This can help restore balance throughout the body.
Sports Massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons. But you don't have to be and athlete to benefit from sports massage. It is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. The massage therapist generally concentrates on a specific problem area. It's a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesion's (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion. Plenty of stretching!
